Zara Maxi skirt/ Zara golden belt/ Jessica Simpson platforms/ Michael Kors Watch

 When wearing a maxi skirt the first thing that comes to mind is comfort. This is why, as you may have noticed already, when I have used this type of skirts before, I've generally wore them with sandals to be as comfortable as possible. But this time I wanted to wear a maxi skirt with pumps because it completely changes the image you project compared with wearing them with sandals. When wearing a maxi skirt, especially one with pleats,  combined with pumps, the look becomes more stylized, while looking a little taller. On this occasion I decided to combine the outfit with a purple lilac shirt to create a pastel color-block.  I wore this outfit this past Saturday afternoon to do a little shopping and later on for dinner with my husband (sushi!!!).

 

Al usar una maxi skirt lo primero que se me viene a la mente es "comodidad", por lo que, como podrán haberse dado cuenta, las veces anteriores que he usado este tipo de faldas las he usado con sandalias para poder estar lo más cómoda posible. Pero esta vez quise usar una maxi skirt con plataformas ya que cambia completamente la imagen que proyecta al usarlas con sandalias. Al usar una maxi skirt, especialmente las que tienen paletones, con plataformas estiliza la figura y da la apariencia de vernos un poquito más altas. Esta vez estoy usando esta falda con una camisa morado lila para crear un pastel color block. Este outfit lo usé el sábado por la tarde para ir a hacer unas compras y luego en la noche a cenar sushi con mi esposo.
